Preferred method of payment from buyers is thru PayPal. It is a safe and secure method of online payment. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account, and you can use your credit card for payment. Follow the step by step instructions on the PayPal site.
Please make payment for your purchases within 24 hours. If you need longer please feel free to contact me and we can work something out. If you have any questions or problems with making payment please let me know so we can try to help!
We ship to the address you choose during your Etsy checkout. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Custom orders and special requests may take a bit longer. You will be notified of a shipping date. After shipping, it usually takes 7-21 days to arrive!
We ship anywhere for 6$ for 1 item and the same price for 2 or more. Packages are sent with UK royal mail service, and NOT registered package, meaning there will be no tracking no’ to the package. If you want Priority or registered mail, please let us know BEFORE making payment so the extra postage can be added. You will be responsible for all duty and taxes that are applicable. Please convo or email prior to ordering to determine a final price.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of receipt unless you contact us and we make other arrangements. Before you return or exchange an item, please CONTACT FIRST. We will give you instructions as to how and where to ship the item to be returned.
Item must be received at the same condition it was shipped. This means new and unused.
We guarantee that the things we craft are of the highest quality. we have very high standards for the studio’s craftsmanship.
This does not apply to lost items.
